This policy explains what information Three Strand Build LLC (“3SB”, “we”, “us”) collects through our marketing website at threestrandbuild.com (the “site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the site only. Our software products, such as 3SB Reels at reels.3sb.app, have their own terms and privacy commitments in your customer agreement.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a demo or sign up for a free trial, we collect what you enter in the form:
- your name, work email address and company name
- optionally, your phone number, company type, team size, the modules you’re interested in, and any message you write
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. When you submit a form, we also note the page you submitted it from.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may set a short-lived security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not an automated bot. That cookie is used only for security.
How we use your information
- to respond to your demo request or set up your free trial
- to contact you about 3SB products you’ve asked about
- to operate, secure and improve the site
- to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers that process information on our behalf, only to run the site and respond to you:
- Vercel hosts the site and processes visit information.
- Supabase stores the form submissions you send us.
- Postmark delivers the internal email that tells our team about a new submission.
- Microsoft 365 hosts our email, including messages you send to support@threestrandbuild.com.
These providers may store information in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you and manage our relationship with your company, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@threestrandbuild.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as that law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems that store form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know.
