These terms cover the website only. Use of our software products, including 3SB Reels and free trials, is governed by the separate agreement you accept when your account is set up.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about 3SB and to contact us. You agree not to:
- submit false information, or information about someone else without their permission
- send spam or automated submissions through our forms
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
- copy, scrape or reuse the site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission
- use the site in any way that breaks the law
Product information and examples
Product descriptions, screenshots and sample data on the site, such as reel numbers, jobs, crews and footage figures, are illustrative only. Features described as “coming soon” are planned but not guaranteed, and their timing and details may change. Pricing shown on the site is not an offer; prices are confirmed in your order or agreement.
Our content and trademarks
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the Three Strand Build and 3SB names, belong to 3SB or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don’t give you any right to use our names or logos.
Information you send us
When you submit a form or contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you’re allowed to share it. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
